Welcome to FBC Kids

Our Kid's Ministry Team is here to help kids know and share Jesus. Through Sunday and Wednesday activities and Vacation Bible School we are equipping the next generation to make an impact for Jesus!

Pre-Register My Kids

There's something for every family!

No worries, we've got you covered. First Baptist Church of McLoud offers programs for kids who are 6 weeks old through 5th grade. 

 

 If you attend in person, our friendly Children's Director will get your kids signed in when you arrive. We will meet your family, check your child into class, and answer any questions you may have. We can't wait to meet you!

 

 If you attend online, you'll find that First Baptist Church of McLoud services are family friendly. Your kids will love the upbeat worship, easy to understand preaching, and fun service elements. Plus, visit the Kids Ministry page to find online resources for families.

Sunday School

For 5 years to 5th grade, where the Gospel is shared as they do Bible stories, Scripture memory and other fun activities.

Sunday Worship

Grade schoolers come into the worship service with the whole church and we provide them with fun activities to keep them occupied they learn to listen. Once a month five-year olds through 5th grade are dismissed after the worship portion of the morning service to attend Bible Explorers where they journey through the Bible and learn Bible skills.

Wednesday Nights

Children in Action (CA), Grades 1st-5th

Through CA, your child can be part of an organization that has an eternal impact! Kids will study a specific mission area and pray for featured missionaries each month. Our group participates in ministry projects that help your child understand and reach out to meet the needs of others. Kids learn how to share their faith in practical and exciting ways while earning a vest and patches for their participation in ministries throughout the year.

Mission Friends

3 years through Kindergarten

In Mission Friends our little learners explore what the Bible teaches through stories, songs, crafts and games.

VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL (VBS)  

Completed 1st through 6th grade

This annual summer event is high energy, creatively filled with fun ways to engage kids as they learn about Jesus and of his love for us. The purpose of VBS is to minister to children in the church, create outreach to the surrounding communities, and to create evangelism opportunities.
